The Cottages at College Acres is a 123-unit, 397-bed student housing project being developed by Brown Investment Properties. College Acres sits adjacent to the UNC Wilmington campus, with Phase I expected to open by August 2021 and Phase II by August 2022. Four Plus Corporation is a member of the investment group for this project, which qualifies as an Opportunity Zone investment.
