At Four Plus Corporation, we believe in the value of land and the harmony and connectivity of family. We are a family-owned real estate investment company working to sustain business for future generations through long-term, quality investments with like-minded partners.
Four Plus Corporation was incorporated by John S. Appleby in 1935 to transfer ownership of New York City real estate assets that he inherited from his father to future generations of his family. Beginning in the early 1990s, Four Plus Corporation began expanding its portfolio beyond New York into real estate markets throughout the eastern United States. Today, we own commercial, office, retail, and industrial properties in real estate markets across Georgia, Kentucky, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.
Four Plus, together with other co-tenants, owns two parcels of land in New York City. Both parcels have been ground leased to prominent New York development companies. The “North Parcel” is located between 57th and 58th Streets and 11th Avenue and the West Side Highway. The “South Parcel” is located across 57th Street from the North Parcel.
